I haven't been able to take this one to a tournament yet, but I think this might be one of my best lists, personally. Plus, she can save a bad turnout in case Peek-a-boo isn't online, or my opponent is retiring too efficiently, she can instantly close the gap, or even go in for a really high number attack. She's not really my preferred first grade three ride, but I love riding her over Robert and just exploding. Due to the focus on the Peek-a-boo combo, there is almost no usage of counterblasts, so her limit break isn't just used in this deck, it's taken advantage of (whoa, right?).

The soul charging every turn provides infinite fodder for Peek-a-boo's soul eating, as well as giving me a higher chance to hit triggers. Robert is my preferred early game vanguard. Dancing Princess is there for when I miss my Purple Trapezist ride turn one, or to set up my Peek-a-boo plays.Įither of these Grade Three units is very good for the Peek-a-boo set up. Barking Cerberus is there for it's 10k body, which is nice because it can serve for a good outlet to the Peek-a-boo combo or Girl. Very good card to pull out with Girl in the early game.

Jumping Jill is a consistent high attacker, as well as a 9k option. Thankfully, there are simpler ways to do it. It doesn't seem very impressive, but considering the +1 is a card I get to choose, it's very powerful, but has iffy set-up. Nitro Juggler can be used with Magician of Quantum Mechanics and Purple Trapezist to form a combo with Peek-a-boo to make a combo that will net me a +1 every turn for the rest of the game. I play only three because I only want one in the game, and I can tutor for it with Dancing Princess. Very interesting interaction with a lot of cards. Peek-a-boo, the main focus of the deck is obviously going to be here, haha. She may end up coming out for another Magician, but I'm not sure, I like having options. Magician of Quantum Mechanics is there for repeated use of Skull Juggler or Purple Trapezist, as well as making Jumping Glenn a constant 10k, which is important to this deck. Skull Juggler is there to build fodder for Peek-a-boo, or to fuel other late game plays or early game momentum with Girl Who Crossed the Gap. Purple Trapezist is part of the Peek-a-boo combo (or at least the complex one), and she's got a very powerful toolbox effect with this deck's heavy attention to the soul. A Peek-a-boo combo going off will give me extra cards in hand, on top of a lot of draw triggers. With breakrides beginning to descend unto the metagame, perfect guards are now pretty universally necessary, and this deck takes advantage of them quite well. Also, Innocent Magician isn't important here because I have two grade threes that fit the VG circle, so I don't need to dig.įour perfect shields are important here. She can also be used to kick the combo off, which is important.

I find this to be the way I like my triggers for a deck so set-up oriented, as it was before, the Sky High Walker is just there for the effect.Īs for Girl Who Crossed the Gap, this deck is designed to get a much richer soul than my other Pale Moon builds, and she's often got a turn two target that's worth using her effect for. This is primarily because both decks have a similar style (set-up wise, they play completely differently). It's the same trigger line up as my normal Luquier build. This is but one of my lists, and my current list that I'm running IRL to great success: I'm always trying new stuff out since nobody ever really seems to be vocal about a standard to the way Pale Moon decks should be built, so I'm constantly testing and scrutinizing as many different builds as I can come up with. As a few people should probably know by now, I play Pale Moon so much you could say it's an entire hobby of it's own to me.
